Kitcho ships appliances directly from our US facilities Monday through Friday.
Shipping Costs
Kitcho offers free standard shipping on every order within the United States. There is no minimum spend required.
Processing and Transit Times
- Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
- Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Transit Time: 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
Where We Ship
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery of Large Appliances
Please note that large items such as chest freezers and upright freezers require specialist freight delivery. Our team ensures that oversized items are securely palletized and dispatched safely. The freight carrier will typically contact you to schedule a delivery window.
Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your appliances immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged item. Email these photos to support@kitcho.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement.
